10 Gratitude Centered Thoughts
It’s a whole week until Thanksgiving, but it feels like an excellent moment to list out a top 10 of things I’m grateful for… in no particular order.
For clean, drinkable water.
For a vehicle that starts and runs without issue (90% of the time).
For friends and family who laugh at my jokes, call me on my nonsense, and love me through it all.
For really nice pens. (Current favorite is Pilot’s Frixion pens.)
For corrected eyesight (in my case, glasses) so that I can read and drive with independence.
For the beauty of a hay field (seriously, my drive home includes what could be a classic landscape painting because there is a hay field).
For caffeine.
For weather appropriate clothing and shelter (be it AC in summer or warm sweaters in winter).
For any and all who give of their time, talents, treasures, and heart to love and help neighbors.
For God, whose steadfast love is worth more than anything else on this list.
O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever.
