The Clothing Closet is a ministry of the church that fulfills our scriptural call to make sure that any we see are clothed. Not only does the clothing closet help those in the community with clothing or basic household needs, but it also generates a monetary fund that supports other ministries in the community. It is a gift that keeps on giving.

Director Sherry Dowd leads the way with twice a week full-day classes that utilize a Christian based preschool curriculum to introduce basic learning skills in a play-based, learning center environment.

Our educational philosophy is that children learn best through play and hands-on experiences.

From small groups for adults, Bible studies, youth ministries, and children’s ministries, there is a group at Valley View UMC who offers an opportunity for you and your family to grow in knowledge, develop deeper faith, and better know God.
